Combined Biometric and Deister Proximity Reader

Biometric Fingerprint Reader combined with a Deister Proximity Reader.

The Proximity Reader works with the entire standard range of Deister Proximity Cards and Tags. The Reader will pass on the card data to the HI SEC Access Control Terminal if the fingerprint matches the presented Proximity Card. Up to 300 individual fingerprints can be stored in the Reader.

The reader works stand-alone, fingerprints need to be “learned”.

Combined Biometric and Mifare Proximity Reader

Biometric Fingerprint Reader combined with a Mifare Proximity Reader.

This reader stores the fingerprint profile on the Mifare Card in the last 7 Sectors. The Reader will pass on the card data to the HI SEC Access Control Terminal if the fingerprint matches the profile stored on the Card.

Card number must be pre-programmed in a HI SEC-Sector before the fingerprint profile is stored. The remaining 7 Sectors are available for other applications.

Combined Biometric and Mifare Proximity Reader with improved reading quality

Biometric Fingerprint Reader combined with a Mifare Proximity Reader.

This version of reader stores the fingerprint profile twice on the Mifare Card in the last 14 Sectors. The Reader will pass on the card data to the HI SEC Access Control Terminal if the fingerprint matches one of the profiles stored on the Card.

Card number must be pre-programmed in a HI SEC-Sector before the fingerprint profile is stored. Using this reader with fingerprint profile stored twice improves the reading quality but leaves no sectors free for other application.
